Welcome to The NO- S*X 🌶️ Diaries DAY 5!

One thing these diaries have reminded me of is that sexy time doesn’t always look the same… and that’s okay.

Relationships go through seasons.

Right now, our season is 14-hour workdays, sore muscles, early bedtimes, and trying to make as much money as we can while the busy season lasts. It’s not the season for long, passionate nights of making love… and honestly? We don’t even have the energy (or the will 😅) for a quickie most days.

But that doesn’t mean our intimacy has disappeared.

It just looks different.

We’re finding little moments to connect wherever we can. A cuddle. A good conversation. Reading in bed. Twenty minutes throwing a frisbee on the beach after an exhausting day.

And I think that’s an important reminder. If we define intimacy only by the amount of s*x 🌶️ we’re having, we’ll miss all the other ways we’re choosing each other through different seasons of life. #intimacy #pleasure
