The No-S*x Diaries, day 4

NO S*X 🌶️ Diaries: Day 4 ❤️

Aside from talking about 🌶️ on the internet, my boyfriend and I also work in hospitality… and right now we are deep in high season.

And it is kicking our asses. 😂

The days are long, the workload is nonstop, and by the time we finally crawl into bed, we are basically two exhausted humans trying to recharge.

And I’m not going to lie… I’m starting to feel it.

I’m tired. Like, really tired. I can feel my motivation starting to dip, and I’m having those moments where I’m like, “okay… I want to kill everyone’

But last night, I actually did something I was really proud of.

Instead of staying up late doom scrolling…I went to bed early, picked up my book, and gave myself permission to escape for a little while.

The book is called I’m Mostly Here to Enjoy Myself (which honestly is such a great title 😂). It’s about a woman’s pleasure journey through Paris 🇫🇷, and I found myself daydreaming about eating a mini quiche from a bakery!!!

And it reminded me of something…

Just because I’m exhausted and not feeling particularly sexy right now doesn’t mean that part of me disappears.

My curiosity, my sexy side and my desire to explore and experience life… it’s all still there. It’s just BURIED under long shifts, laundry, guest requests, and frizzy hair 🫠😅🫠

I think we sometimes forget that seggsuality isn’t just about “doing it”. It’s also about imagination, curiosity, fantasy, and staying connected to the parts of ourselves that make us feel alive.

And by taking the time to read last night, I filled my cup a little bit 🙂.

And honestly? I’m proud of myself for that.
