Leaning into the spicy world, on purpose

Last year I decided to try something a little new. I leaned into this whole spicy 🌶️ world with a little bit more intention.

I love school! I’ve always loved learning new things 🙃🙃 So, I decided to enroll in a smeggs education program with the @sexualhealthalliance !

Very satisfied with my decision! I’ve been learning A LOT! More than I ever expected! I thought I knew a lot…but, I didn’t lol. SO many things we were never taught in our younger days that could have helped us all live more full lives!

And not only that, but as a woman, I am proud and relieved I am investing in knowledge that will help me live a more pleasurable and healthy life. And with this, I can share my experiences with everyone else.

Probably one of my favourite things about the program so far, is how culturally immersed it is. The @sexualhealthalliance does a GREAT job at including research and experiences of people from ALL ACROSS THE GLOBE!🌎

And for those who know me well… you know I’m a BIG traveller! So being able to merge both of these worlds smeggs 🌶️+travel ✈️ has been the biggest highlight for me!

This spring I got to go to Amsterdam 🇳🇱and Prague 🇨🇿 for a VERY cool smeggs education/cultural trip. And I had the wonderful opportunity to connect with SO many like minded people!

It can get a little lonely sometimes creating content about these topics from afar without a close network of people around you. But this trip made me learn that I am surrounded by REALLY EFFING COOL PEOPLE 😎😎😎
