Why women love smut books

I have a confession: I’ve never actually read a #smut book 👀

But I get why women love them. It’s not just the spice 🌶️it’s about seeing women’s pleasure centered, their desires explored, and their fantasies treated as something worth writing about.

For so long, female desire has been policed, silenced, or labeled “too much.” Smut flips that. It’s fantasy on our terms, where women can be powerful, submissive, tender, wild, or all of the above.

I mean if someone wants to be effed by some lumberjack looking fairy in a magical forest, WHY NOT! That sounds kinda hot! 🔥🥵

Maybe it’s time I finally see what all the moaning—I mean, buzz—is about 😏
