This might sound cheesy 🧀, but this is one of my favourite photos ever. It really captures the shift I’ve been going through in my life recently…

This year has stretched me in all the right (and wrong) ways : family stuff, relationship stuff, just… life stuff.

It hasn’t always been easy, but I can feel how much I’ve grown from it.

Learning about connection, pleasure, and what it really means to show up as a woman has changed the way I move through the world.

Confidence, for me, isn’t about being unshakable anymore , it’s about staying open, even when things get messy (just check that little side smile in the photo… I feel like I’m saying, “you got this lady”😉). 💛

And boy am I trying my best to be open to the messsiness and navigating the best I can!
