The most memorable retreat I've been on

I was inspired the other day by some nostalgic moments posted by @theyogalodgephuket! This was probably one of the most memorable retreats I’ve ever been on 🧘🏻‍♀️✨

I booked it literally 2 days before 🇹🇭, it was on a whim. It checked all the boxes and I’m so grateful I did. It’s incredible how such a space can bring together so many strangers from around the world and after only a few days you leave feeling like they are the only ones who understand you! ☺️✨

I met some of the most incredible, smart, funny, strong, resilient women ever! We laughed, we cried, we danced, we hugged. It was truly serendipitous that we all ended up at this retreat together at the same time.

I remember writing love notes 💌 to everyone at the end because they each touched me in a different way and I wanted to show my gratitude for the time I got to spend with them and what they taught me.

This retreat also came right before I was headed into one of the wildest years of my life, filled with illness, death, love, lust, success… It really set the tone for what I was about to embark on.

I MISS THIS VIEW and all that abundant wonderful energy from everyone! 🙏🙏🙏🙏
