Spicy cultural facts: Amsterdam

I’ve been to Amsterdam 🇳🇱 about 5–6 times in the past 3 years… and I hate to admit I still haven’t properly explored the rest of the Netherlands 🙈

So when I share these spicy 🌶️ facts, a lot of people assume I’m talking about the entire country. But that’s not actually the case. Amsterdam is uniquely progressive , and not all of the Netherlands reflects that same energy.

That said, compared to much of the world, the Netherlands is still considered one of the more progressive countries out there. Context matters 😉🇳🇱
