Some people escape to resorts, I escape to retreats
Some people escape to resorts…I escape to retreats✨😌
Seriously. If you’re looking to travel (especially solo!) and you want to pamper yourself a little bit 😌, rest and recharge, learn something new and meet some cool people. Then I HIGHLY recommend at least doing a retreat once in your life.
For as long as I can remember, booking retreats for myself has been SUCH a rewarding experience! From Colombia 🇨🇴, Jamaica 🇯🇲, Portugal 🇵🇹, Quebec 🇨🇦, Thailand 🇹🇭 and more… never regretted it once!
And it doesn’t have to be super expensive either! You can find very reasonably priced retreats.
I always use @bookretreats to reserve them. SO many options depending what you’re into! You can check out my LINK in my BIO!
A few reasons why you should consider it:
✨Deep rest and reset: unlike a regular vacation, retreats are designed with intention, giving you the space to truly recharge mentally, emotionally and physically.
✨Learning and Growith: workshops, practices, and guided sessions help you gain tools and insights you can actually bring back into your daily life.
✨Community and connection: you meet like-minded people in a supportive environment, which often leads to real, lasting friendships.
✨Time for yourself: you can enjoy alone time if you want to OR connect with people as well. There is always time to spend by yourself for self-care and reflection without the distractions of everyday life.
Seriously, I encourage you to try it… and do it ALONE! Trust me, you will be more open to new experiences 😉
