My first time on a Thai walking street

Nothing, and I mean NOTHING can prepare you for your first time stepping into a type of “walking street” in #thailand 🇹🇭😅 (especially as a woman! Different experience for men😅).

What I mean by “walking street” basically a RLD🚨🌶️.

The first time I saw it… I genuinely had NO idea what to think 😂

Like am I supposed to be excited? overwhelmed? confused? Scared? all of the above!?

It’s pure sensory overload… neon lights flashing from every angle, music clashing, voices calling out, it’s like a full-on circus for your senses 🎪✨

(The neon lights are pretty cool though 😎)

And my brain is just trying to keep up like:
“okay but… what is actually happening right now??”

There’s something really magnetic about it though. It really feels like you’re stepping into some kind of alternate universe.

And it really makes you realize how contrasting Thailand’s relationship with egs 🌶️ can be. One moment it’s calm, quiet, and traditional… the next it’s this explosion of neon, energy, and madness. 😳
