Eroticism, the body and art in France
The last few days in Paris, we’ve been talking so much about eroticism… sensuality… the body… and how it’s interpreted through art—and especially here in France 🇫🇷 .
What I love most about French eroticism is how soft it is.
Subtle. Mysterious. A little coy.
It’s not loud or in your face.
The sexiest part is what’s not shown… what’s left for the imagination to play with.
And I’ve noticed something in myself…
When I’ve done photoshoot, the ones I love the most aren’t the ones where I’m trying to look sexy.
They’re the ones where I’m caught in a real smile, a quiet laugh, a moment that feels… unposed. But always very… “coquette” as the French would say 😌.
There’s something about that energy that feels more er0t!k to me.
That version of me is soft, playful… a little elusive.
And when she comes through with the right energy, she’s powerful in a way that doesn’t need to prove anything 😘.
She doesn’t always show herself…
and maybe that’s exactly what makes her so irresistible 😉.
I really love that part of me 🙃.
