Cabbages & Condoms in Bangkok

So the first time I went to #thailand in 2023, I kept seeing the sign on the street for “Cabbages & Condoms” and was likeeeee wtf is that? 😅

I was alway intrigued but never actually walked down the little side street to see what it actually was.

And well. A few years later, I finally turned left and checked it out!

I knew about the 100% condom program and the “condom King 👑 “ before attending this restaurant. But I didn’t know the Condom King (Mechai Viravaida is his real name btw) was the one who started this restaurant😂

As you can see it is FULL of wonderful condom inspired apparel and deco.

Well I mean, maybe it can use a little upgrade 😂😅 the fashion designs date back to the 80’s. But I guess you can just call it retro 😉🙃

The goal was to make condoms feel as normal, everyday, unremarkable as cabbage 😂.

What do you think? They did a pretty good job right?

Also, the food was pretty good!
