A very small cauliflower

I know this looks intense 😂 but it was actually a very small cauliflower. Perfect for one person haha. Inspired from another recipe. With some added protein (ground turkey) and slightly different veggie mélange with less oil. It was FREAKING DELICIOUS 😋. Roasted whole cauliflower for the win. #recipe #cauliflower #homecooking
